The residence

A first-floor one-bedroom at Sun Palasë, on the coast road between Vlorë and Himarë and a minute above Palasë beach. 101.35 m²: bedroom and shower room together at one end behind a short hall, and the rest of the plan a single living, dining and kitchen room running the depth of the apartment to the terrace. It is the near twin of its neighbour on the same floor, half a square metre smaller, and the two can be bought together. Twelve residences in the building, over five levels.

Above the beach at Palasë

Palasë sits on the Albanian Riviera in Himarë, where the Ceraunian mountains come down to the Ionian through Llogara. Sun Palasë occupies the slope directly above the beach, next to Green Coast. The developer gives the sand at one minute, Dhërmi at twelve, Himarë at thirty-five and Vlorë at forty-five; Tirana's airport is about two and a half hours north. Within the resort: a central piazza with shops, cafés and restaurants, a beach club below, sports and wellness grounds, landscaped squares and a promenade set so that at the equinoxes the sun goes down on the axis of the walk.
